Step1: Add 4 teaspoons of coffee powder to the perforated top section of your coffee filter, filling it about halfway (for a medium-sized filter, this is around 250ml of water).

Step2: Pour water just below boiling point into the jar, then cover it with the lid.

Step3: Allow the decoction to drip into the bottom jar for 10-15 minutes.

Step4: Pour the freshly brewed decoction into a glass, then mix in hot milk and sugar to your liking.

Step5: Froth the coffee by pouring it back and forth between two glasses.
